Nika Von Hoffnung

NIKA VON HOFFNUNG CGC RN RA CD NA NAJ. Nika and her brother, Ranger,represent the culmination of twenty years of breeding here at Candle Hill Shepherds. Not only is she a beautiful red sable long coat, but her temperament takes us back to our original dog, Tag von Hoffnung. Like Tag, Nika is easy to train, loyal, and eager to work. Her pedigree includes many of our favorite dogs, on her dam’s side: Little Bear, Bristol, Valiant, Cardinal, Piper, Max, Wessa, Tag, Dagger (external link) and on her sire’s Rohan and Jake.

CGC, CD, RN, RA, NAJ, NA

Nika began her Obedience, Rally, and Agility career when she earned her Canine Good Citizen at just eight months old. At one year old, she earned her Rally Novice Title (RN) and Companion Dog Title (CD). Now at age two, she has added Agility with her Novice Agility Jumpers Title (NAJ) and continued on in Rally with her Rally Advanced Title (RN). In September 2024, she achieved her Novice Agility Standard Title (NA), and is currently working on her Companion Dog Excellent Title (CDX).
